Suspected nursing imposter may have worked at multiple facilities under aliases

In order to learn more about a woman who may be impersonating nurses, Pennsylvania police are need your assistance.
Shannon Nicole Womack is accused of posing as an RN or LPN at nursing homes and rehabilitation institutions throughout the state using at least ten different names.
She is accused of forming a fictitious LLC and sending phony paperwork to employment agencies in order to obtain employment.

According to reports thus far, she only worked at each job for brief periods of time.
The investigation is being conducted by Pennsylvania State Police in collaboration with the Department of State, the Department of Health, and district attorneys. In a state court, she is charged with forty-three crimes.
The Observer Reporter claims that during his employment at Presbyterian SeniorCare, Womack may have stolen over 120 oxycodone pills.
She had previously been charged with impersonating a nurse. Although she never applied for a license, Georgia’s Secretary of State identified her as impersonating a licensed nurse in 2022.
