BOISE (Statesman of Idaho) According to a news release from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, deputies found two dead in a Boise house Monday afternoon and believe a son killed his mother before taking his own life.
At approximately 4 p.m. on Monday, sheriff’s deputies responded to a welfare check request in southeast Boise, close to Warm Springs Avenue and Highway 21.
At the house in the 6000 block of South Brian Way, deputies discovered a deceased man and woman. According to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office, both individuals seemed to have been fatally shot.
According to the news release, detectives concluded after a preliminary investigation that the guy had shot and killed his mother before killing himself.
The identities of those involved and the official cause of death will be made public by the Ada County Coroner’s Office.
