Small plane crash in Nampa neighborhood leaves residents shaken
Idaho’s NAMPA On Sunday afternoon, a small jet crashed close to the airport, surprising a community in Nampa.
“It was not a pretty sight,” explained a neighbor on Oak Street.

When Leon Garcia and his spouse heard the crash outside their door, they were inside their house.
“As if someone had struck a car with great force. “I was watching TV,” remarked Mrs. Garcia, a neighbor on Oak Street.

Even though my neighbors on Oak Street are accustomed to hearing low-flying aircraft, there was something strange about this one.
A resident of the Oak Street neighborhood remarked, “This one sounded normal at first, but then all of a sudden something kinda told me something is not right there, because it was making a kinda funny noise.”
Tyler Barnhart, a property tenant, believes the pilot did everything he could to avoid damaging houses, but officials are still looking into the matter.
“It was kind of mind-boggling all at once,” said Nampa resident Tyler Barnhart. “I do believe it was a strange mishap. The pilot performed a great job, and he definitely avoided the home when he turned in the building. He overlooked a number of barriers, including the tree, the power line, the other shed, and the top of the house.
The neighbors hurried to assist. Barnhart claims that what he witnessed when the hood was taken off was heartbreaking.
For the relatives of the victims, he has a message.
“You guys are in my prayers. “I apologize for the circumstance,” Barnhart added.
