STAR VALLEY (SVI News) On Wednesday afternoon, Star Valley Search & Rescue retrieved the corpse of an elderly Rigby woman who had fallen into the Snake River.
According to Lincoln County Sheriff Shane Johnson, Joyce Balls, 89, was having a picnic with her family when she slipped over the overlook at Big Kahuna. The scene was attended by Star Valley Search & Rescue.
Ball’s body was discovered by a drone and recovered downstream.
