Motorcyclist killed in crash with semi-truck on I-84

DULL FALLS At milepost 184, east of Twin Falls, Idaho State Police responded to a collision involving two vehicles that resulted in fatalities on westbound Interstate 84.

An ISP news statement stated that the crash happened at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

According to troopers, a 63-year-old man from Eagan, Minnesota, was riding a 2019 Harley-Davidson motorcycle west on I-84.

Additionally, a 26-year-old Burley male was operating a 2025 Western Star semi-truck towing two trailers west on I-84.

As traffic slowed, the motorcyclist collided with the semi-truck. According to ISP, the motorbike rider was declared dead at the site of the collision and was not wearing a helmet.

For about an hour, I-84’s westbound lanes were closed so that emergency personnel could help the individuals involved.

Investigations into the crash are still ongoing.
