Lange was arrested on Oct. 22 after turning himself in to the Idaho Falls Police Department. He was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on a $150,000 bond, which he paid and was released to pre-trial services on Oct. 23.
According to court records, during mandatory drug and alcohol tests on April 22, May 22 and June 5, Lange tested presumptive positive for ethyl glucuronide and and ethyl sulfate, which, according to the

Due to this violation, his pre-trial services release was revoked and he was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on Monday, and is being held without bond.
Lange is scheduled to appear for a hearing about the violations on June 17. He also has a jury trial scheduled on July 21.
If convicted, he could face up to life in prison.
