MURRAY, KY (WLKY) This month, an unwelcome guest showed up to a packed bar in Kentucky, and cops say it wasn’t an accident.

The Murray Police Department said that they were on the evening of June 6 following the deliberate entry of a raccoon into a business.

Someone was bitten by the raccoon, they said.

Shortly after, they pulled over the suspect, 40-year-old Jonathan Mason, who the locals have dubbed Cowboy Cody.

According to Murray police, they had to remove him from the car because he would not get out.

According to Murray news reports, the facility is called Big Apple Grill and Bar, and police stated Mason had been warned he was not permitted on it.

Mason was taken into custody and charged with second-degree assault, third-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and first-degree failure of owner to maintain needed insurance.
