IDAHO GOES DOWN The Prince of Egypt’s organizers are alerting theatergoers to the fact that third-party ticket vendors are charging exorbitant fees for forthcoming shows.
The community theater learned that, despite the indication that there is restricted capacity, at least one website is selling show tickets for up to six times the original price.
In a statement to EastIdahoNews.com, Kevin Hansen said, “We take pride in keeping the show affordable for families thanks to the generosity of local businesses and volunteers, who have contributed thousands of hours of talents and skills to our shows in addition to financial contributions.”
You may still buy tickets on Sounds Summer Musical at soundssummermusical.org for $28 each.
To prevent needless markups and to make sure they are supporting the local effort, everybody who plans to attend the show is advised to buy straight from the official website.
