IDAHO GOES DOWN Police claim that a 21-year-old male from Idaho Falls sexually abused a youngster, leading to him being charged with several offenses.

Krew Mario Zaugg faces felony charges for indecent behavior with a minor and rape of a victim under the age of sixteen.

Few facts of the case are available since prosecutors sealed it, but a criminal complaint that EastIdahoNews.com was able to get claims that Zaugg raped a 15-year-old on or around May 4–5.

On May 29, a warrant for Zaugg’s arrest was issued, and he was taken into custody on a $75,000 bond at the Bonneville County Jail. Shortly after posting bail, he was let free.

On June 25, he is anticipated to show up for a preliminary hearing. He could spend up to life behind bars if found guilty.

Zaugg may not have committed these offenses, even if he has been charged with them. Until someone is proven guilty, they are all presumed innocent.
