IDAHO FALLS Top-Notch Real Estate is inviting the community to join them for an early Fourth of July celebration on Friday night at Sandy Downs, which will include a food truck and fireworks.
The public is welcome to attend the event, which starts at 6 p.m. on June 27. The fireworks show will start at 10 p.m.
Top-Notch Real Estate will be hosting the event for the fourth year in a row. Other sponsors include MBS Homes and the Smith Group.

The event was motivated by the real estate group’s goal statement, “Keep real estate human,” Emma McLaughlin, marketing representative, told EastIdahoNews.com.
According to McLaughlin, “we’re also trying to build a community where you want to come home to,” so any opportunity to give back to the community in a fun way that unites people and elevates life above simple transactions is welcome.
There will be a cornhole tournament, a pie-eating competition for adults and children, raffles, a children’s section, and 24 food trucks selling food for purchase.
The following food trucks will be present at the event:
- Aquas Maria
- Baconlicious
- The Busy Bee Food Truck
- The Corndog Company
- El Taco Loco
- Elizabet Venezuelan Cuisine
- Family Tree Lemonade Co.
- Fatboy Burgers
- Fixxology Drinks
- Garcia s Street Tacos
- The Great Bambino
- La Michoacana
- Lemon Smashers
- Leticia s Kitchen
- M&M Tlaxcala Y Su Sabor
- Mexican Crazy Corn
- Papa s Knot-ty Pretzels
- Park Avenue Grill
- Red, White, & Brew
- Reed s Dairy
- Sugared Mosse Mini Donuts
- Teton Bagel

DJ The Heart will provide music and sound for the event, according to McLaughlin.
The real estate group has chosen to collaborate with a different vendor, ACME Pro Pyro, so this year’s fireworks display will be different from previous year’s. The estimated duration of the show is thirty minutes.
More than 6,000 people showed up last year, and she expects that number to rise in 2025.
McLaughlin stated that cooler stations with free water will be available for anyone who needs to stay hydrated since temperatures are predicted to climb by Friday. There will also be ADA-accessible seating.
“Missing this community event would be undoubtedly regrettable,” McLaughlin stated. Every year, we eagerly anticipate it.
