BOISE (Statesman of Idaho) The all-time top scorer in Boise State basketball isn’t finished yet.

After the 2025 NBA Draft, Tyson Degenhart recently inked an Exhibit 10 deal with the Toronto Raptors. A one-year minimum salary contract, shown in Exhibit 10, may contain a bonus if a player spends time with a team’s G League affiliate.

During the 2025 NBA Summer League, which takes place at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas from July 10–20, Degenhart is anticipated to play for the Raptors.

In a press release, Boise State coach Leon Rice expressed his immense happiness and excitement for Tyson and his family. Every athlete wants the chance to compete at the highest level, and Tyson is the most worthy individual or athlete.

We knew Tyson was unique and destined for greatness the moment he joined our program and entered our doors in 2021. He is in this position because of his perseverance, commitment, and innumerable hours, and he will thank Toronto for the chance.

Degenhart played in 138 games throughout his four years with the Broncos, making 132 starts. Along with shooting 51.8% from the field, he averaged 14.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.4 assists over his career.

With 2,037 points, Degenhart became the ninth player in Mountain West history to surpass 2,000 points in a career, leaving Boise State as the program’s all-time top scorer. Only three players in league history have accumulated at least 2,000 points and 700 rebounds, including him.
