POCATELLO, ID In September, Pocatello will host the fifth year of the well-liked Edson Fichter Nature Talks series. Take advantage of this free lecture series, which is co-sponsored by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game and Friends of Edson Fichter Nature Area, to learn more about the local species, habitats, and human history!
Every Wednesday in September from 6 to 7 p.m., the Edson Fichter Nature Area’s outdoor amphitheater will host these free evening discussions. In Pocatello, the nature area is next to Indian Hills Elementary, off of Cheyenne Avenue.

It is recommended that patrons bring chairs or blankets so they can sit inside and outside the outdoor amphitheater. Due to limited seating, arrive early to secure a decent spot. There may be cancellations or changes to the meeting schedule in the event of bad weather.
