Your guide to the 2025 Canyon County Fair: Livestock, rides, country music, and more

Idaho’s Canyon County This summer, Caldwell will host four days of livestock displays, carnival rides, and country music acts hosted by the Canyon County Fair.
Ian Munsick, Craig Morgan, and Jo Dee Messina are the main acts of the yearly event, which takes place at The Center from July 24 to 27.
The 2025 fair, which will feature a combination of traditional agricultural exhibitions and family entertainment, will run every day from midday to eleven p.m.

Ian Munsick and Rodney Atkins will open the Bi-Mart Concert Series on Thursday, and Craig Morgan and Ned LeDoux will follow on Friday. On Saturday, Jo Dee Messina will play alongside Cousin Curtiss as the opening act. Tickets for concerts are available online and range in price from $40 to $50.
The Latino Fair Festival concludes the weekend’s cultural events on Sunday.
Throughout the fairgrounds, visitors can view livestock exhibits, including the Charolais Barn’s cattle displays and the CWI Show Ring’s sheep, goats, and pigs. A petting zoo, pony rides, and mechanical bull rides are among the family-friendly attractions.
In addition to popular rides like the Ferris Wheel, Zipper, and Bumper Cars, the carnival section offers family-friendly attractions including a fun slide and carousel. There are different ticket packages for families, and unlimited ride wristbands cost $35 in advance or $45 on-site.
Adult entry tickets cost $6 in advance, while children’s and seniors’ tickets cost $4. At the gate, the costs rise to $8 and $6, respectively. Children under five go in free.
Participants will receive free fair admission, which includes admittance to the Jo Dee Messina performance, at 11 a.m. on Saturday for the Primary Health Fun Run.
There are numerous free parking lots across the fairgrounds, including spaces specifically reserved for senior and disabled parking. Authorities warn that parking on train property is prohibited and that those who do so risk being towed.
