Clarkston, WashingtonBoard members, employees, and community members gathered at TriState Health’s 2025 Annual Meeting on July 24 to discuss the organization’s 2024 accomplishments. CEO Kym Clift and CFO Jim Heilsberg provided updates on financial stewardship, community connections, and service expansions during the event, which was held on the TriState Health campus.
“2024 was a year of thoughtful growth, careful stewardship, and meaningful impact,” Clift said, stressing the organization’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, easily accessible care. Our achievements are a testament to the commitment of our employees and our collective faith in the efficacy of community-based care.
Some of the year’s highlights were:

In comparison to 2023, there were over 2,000 more visits to the Imaging Center, Emergency, Minor Care, Primary Care, and Dialysis services.

Seven additional providers are being hired for TriState’s clinics.

installation of modern imaging equipment, such as a 3D mammography system, an MRI machine, and two CT scanners.

launch of a new athletic training program and TriState Urogynecology.

In addition to its medical accomplishments, TriState Health has given over $2.5 million in financial medical support and over $97,000 to more than 40 local NGOs. Employee efforts that exemplified the company’s key values—Quality, Compassion, Innovation, Respect, and Collaboration—were also acknowledged during the meeting.
