According to a Facebook post from the Rupert Police Department, earlier that afternoon, officers got a 911 call from someone who found a woman on the floor of a house in Rupert who was cold to the touch. Two further homicide victims were recovered in Cassia County within hours, and a fourth victim was eventually discovered in a Minidoka County car.
The Rupert Police Department, Minidoka County Sheriff’s Office, Cassia County Sheriff’s Office, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Heyburn Police Department, Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, and Idaho State Police all participated in the coordinated investigation that led to the arrest.
According to a statement from Cassia County Prosecuting Attorney McCord Larsen, this arrest is the result of several law enforcement agencies cooperating to maintain public safety. We appreciate all of the cops’ competent work and prompt reaction.
In the Cassia and Minidoka cases, Naylor will be represented by a state public defender. Since the criminal complaint and probable cause paperwork remained sealed as of Wednesday afternoon, there is little more information available regarding the alleged crimes.

According to the fundraising, they leave behind their infant child, Adalee, her husband, Alex, and their only daughter, Jerica.
According to the GoFundMe, baby Adalee was the joy of Kelly and Donna’s lives, and they were thrilled to become grandparents. Living only a few blocks away, Jerica and Alex had a very strong bond with Kelly and Donna.
Cassia County and Minidoka County will host preliminary hearings for Naylor on July 18 and July 23, respectively.
Larsen urged the public to abstain from disseminating unconfirmed information on this case. The inquiry may be harmed by such conjecture, which may also affect the defendant’s right to a fair trial.
