The 1996 Honda Accord was discovered by the officers, with a black wallet on the passenger seat and the keys on the driver’s seat. Officers entered the premises and asked two women if they were the car’s owners after spotting a door leading into the laundromat just behind the vehicle.

According to court documents, both women denied it, but they did claim that a guy had entered via the alley from the restroom.

The officers asked the man if he was parked in the lane after knocking on the bathroom door. According to reports, he claimed to be, but the authorities warned him he was not allowed to park there.

Officers waited outside the restroom for the man to depart after he stated that he understood.

Officers discovered while waiting that Eduardo Angiuana-Gonzalez was the suspect in the stolen Honda they had discovered. According to court filings, when authorities inquired the man’s name when he exited the restroom, he mutely replied, “Eduardo.”

Because Angiuana-Gonzalez allegedly had three arrest warrants in Bonneville County, officers took him into custody. A glass tube with a bulbous end that they think is a methamphetamine pipe was discovered during a search.

According to reports, they also discovered a credit card with Angiuana-Gonzalez’s name, two torch-style lights, and residue in the pipe.

Officers claim that upon searching the vehicle, they discovered a trace amount of methamphetamine on the driver’s seat, which subsequently tested presumed to be positive.

After being arrested and placed under a $15,000 bond, Angiuana-Gonzalez was brought to the Bonneville County Jail.

On July 15, he is anticipated to show up for a preliminary hearing. Angiuana-Gonzalez can spend up to 13 years behind bars if found guilty.

Angiuana-Gonzalez may not have committed these offenses, even if he has been charged with them. Until someone is proven guilty, they are all presumed innocent.
